FORT WORTH, TX — American Airlines has apologized to passengers whose journey plans have been impacted Sunday on account of a “brief connectivity issue.” Travelers throughout the nation took to social media to specific their frustrations. Some reported being caught on the tarmac, others stated they have been having bother with the airline’s cellular app.
American Airlines instructed Patch in a press release it was having connectivity issues with one in every of its knowledge facilities, however that the issue has since been resolved.
“We apologize to our customers for the inconvenience and all operations are returning back to normal,” the emailed assertion stated.
Passengers started tweeting in regards to the outage round 2:30 p.m. Sunday.
