Unlike many well-known cooks who got here after him, Mr. Bourdain was not notably decided to place his personal stamp on American cooking, and he’s not often cited as a culinary affect by different cooks. “I was so proud of her,” he stated “It was absolutely fearless to walk right into the lion’s den and say what she said, the way she said it. It was an incredibly powerful moment, I thought. I am honored to know someone who has the strength and fearlessness to do something like that.”
Mr. Bourdain continued talking out boldly on the topic of sexual abuse and harassment, taking up everybody from Alec Baldwin to the chef Mario Batali who’s under investigation by the New York police; a number of ladies have stated Mr. Batali sexually assaulted them.
