TOKYO—Japan’s Calsonic Kansei Corp. has agreed to purchase

Fiat Chrysler Automobiles

NV’s auto-parts enterprise, Magneti Marelli, for 6.2 billion euros ($7.1 billion), in accordance to an individual aware of the matter.
