Uruguay have dropped a large hint that Lucas Torreira may very well be about tojoin Arsenal after their elimination from the World Cup.

Arsenal are understood to have agreed a £26.4million deal to land Torreira this summer season however the Gunners have needed to wait to finish the signing of the 22-year-old midfielder.
