Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages has put its 15.57 acre, inner-loop location onto the market.
It’s a profitable property at 2800 Bissonnet, close to the prosperous West University Place, and what CBRE is asking a “landmark redevelopment opportunity” — one of many solely prospects of this scale contained in the Interstate 610 Loop.
“The significant interest that we have already received on this property is not a surprise given that it is situated among enviable neighborhoods and employment centers,” CBRE senior vice chairman Darin Gosda stated within the information launch.
