Redmond O’Neal plead not responsible on Friday, May 11, after he was arrested for allegedly robbing a comfort retailer in Santa Monica earlier this week, Us Weekly can affirm.
O’Neal plead not responsible to second-degree theft, assault with a lethal weapon, possession of a smoking machine, possession of an injection/ingestion machine and two counts of possessing a managed substance (meth and heroin) on the LAX Airport courthouse on Friday.
“The suspect entered the store with a knife and approached the clerk and demanded money from the register,” the LAPD defined. “The suspect fled store on foot … Officers found the knife and cash in [O’Neal’s] possession.”
O’Neal’s bail was set at $125,000 on Friday, however the bail was positioned on maintain due to a earlier probation violation from 2016. As a consequence, he’ll stay behind bars till the preliminary listening to, which is scheduled for May 25.
